In every document you can find information that will lead to new information you can look up in the database or externally. Don't forget that websites that are mentioned in the evidence and case files actualy do exist and you can visit them.

Yes. It is possible to find information on Social media or external websites. Do look this up because it will help you in the investigation. So if you discover the name of a company, see if they have a website and visit that website. You might stumble upon new information.

You can find people with personal details like residence, birthdate etc. Or with physical appearance. There are two different menu items for searching for people. If you only have a photo of a person, use the appearance option under the button people. In the 'Particularities' field, use only one word for the search, like 'tattoo' or 'scar'. In the 'State' field, use the abbreviation for the State, like NY for New York or CA for California. If you do not find a match, try different hair colors. Sometimes dark blonde can look like brown and the other way around. Try different colors to find a match.
